Kennedy McMillan placed 2nd in the 59.2 kg Bantam Girls division at the Canada East Wrestling Festival in Charlottetown, PEI.

Five team members will compete this week-end at the Cadet-Juvenile Nationals (U18) in Fredericton, New Brunswick.

The team had great success at the Junior-Senior National Championships.

Steven Takahashi won the individual gold in the men’s senior 55 kg division — the first time a men’s senior gold in freestyle has been won by London-Western since Russ Howe in 1987 (48 kg FS). Congratulations!

Age Group Practice Thursday March 8 is cancelled due to an event scheduled in Alumni Hall.

There will be regular practice, earlier 4:30-6:00 pm, and members are welcome to attend during that time.

Note: Parking will be restricted and very congested during the evening of March 8.
