Mustangs medal at SFU International

Mustang Julie Steffler, won the SFU International winning gold in the 55 kg FW division.  Teammate, Madi Parks won bronze (53 kg FW), while Alyssa Medeiros went 1-2 win-loss in the 59 kg FW division.  Steven Takahashi took silver at 57 kg FS, who did not wrestle the final due to injury default.  Takahashi went 3-0 win-loss.  Takahashi and Parks are scheduled to compete in the New York Athletic Club International, Nov 6, 7 in New York City.  The men’s and women’s mustangs make their opening debut at the McMaster Invitational Nov 7 in Hamilton.
