London-Western Wrestling Camp

Location:         Wrestling room #15 Alumni Hall (lower level), Western University Canada

Dates:              Fri Dec 28, Sat Dec 29, 2012

Campers:        Target – for experienced HS age wrestlers; members of Western varsity & senior team members, select London-Western Age-Group team members .  All campers must be a member of OAWA or a recognized team representing their team.

Registration:    At door:  $10.00* per wrestler

Coaches can pre-register team or individuals and receive discount*:  Contact Saeed Azarbayjani

Campers are to pre-register by E-mail to camp director to indicate you are planning on attending prior to Dec 23

• Campers:  Bring Singlet, towel, work-out gear.  Note:  Bring new clean set of gear for each practice Dec 29
• Note:  The University is closed during the week of Dec 28, 29 but facilities in Alumni Hall (wrestling room) and Thames Hall (Locker room) will be accessible.  Use side door of AH.  Access to TH by AH tunnel.

Schedule:  All practices to be held in Alumni Hall, lower level room 15

Friday Dec 28th

2:30-3:00 pm   Campers arrive and register

3:00 pm until 5:30:  mat practice – technique focus

Saturday Dec 29th

10 am to 11.45 am:     Mat practice.  Standing and ground technique focus

12:00 – 1:00 pm          Shower (Thames Hall Locker room, Lunch (Thames Hall 3101).

1:00 – 2:00 pm            Classroom activity – video/mini-presentation (Thames Hall 3101)

2:00 to 4:00 pm           scrimmage activities and conditioning

4:00 pm                       Depart
