Ontario Junior results

Ontario Junior Championships.  Hamilton, January 31, 2015

Several team members  competed in the Ontario Junior Championships with several medals and top 6 placings.  Second year, King’s student, Caleb Rutner placed 2^nd at 74 kg winning 3 matches and losing to Brock’s Tyler Rowe in the final.

Rookie, Julie Steffler placed 3^rd at 55 kg losing to Brock’s Tina McLaren in the opening match whom Steffler defeated a week earlier at the Western Open.  Steffler rebounded well, coming back to win 2 matches on the consolation side of the bracket to secure the individual bronze medal.
