FREDERICTON SET TO HOST 2013 ASICS  CANADIAN WRESTLING CHAMPIONSHIPS
Canada’s top wrestlers converge to the University of New Brunswick to battle for Canadian Championships honours

(Ottawa, ON – March 19, 2013) The 2013 ASICS Senior and Junior Canadian Wrestling Championships will be held in Fredericton, New Brunswick, this upcoming weekend, and present a chance for all Canadian wrestlers to battle for the top Canadian honours.

This year’s event will bring some of the top wrestlers to the mats at the University of New Brunswick, and will be an exciting event for everyone involved.

The 2013 ASICS Junior and Senior Canadian Wrestling Championships starts on Friday March 22 with the Junior tournament, followed by the Senior tournament on Saturday March 23. Sunday, it will be the Greco-Roman tournament, for all weight and age categories. Medical and Weigh-Ins are conducted the day prior to the tournament.
