Holiday Practices, Dec 28, 29, 30, 2010

Open practices targetting Juvenile-Senior wrestlers will be held,

• Tue Dec 28, 4-6:00 pm
• Wed Dec 29, 10-11:45 am, 3:30-5:30 pm

Wrestlers who are not members of London-Western must be a member of a recognized school team or club recommended by their coach.  Experience Cadet age wrestlers can attend.  Please contact coach Ray for more information

• Thu Dec 30:  Western will travel to McMaster (Hamilton) for combined training sessions.

Note:  Campus buildings will be closed during this time period, but arrangements will be made for practice entry.
