Brianne Barry — Outstanding Wrestler at Geris Duals, Nov 19, 2011
Mustang, Brianne Barry was named the outstanding Canadian wrestler at the Harry Memorial Duals hosted in Alumni Hall. The mustangs placed 4th in the eight team women’s dual meet tournament defeating Missouri Valley and defending OUA champions Brock. King University College of Tennessee took first place over Simon Fraser University (B.C.) in the final. The mustangs lost the bronze medal dual to CIS champions, Univesity of Alberta.
Brianne Barry throws Evelyn Perez (Missouri Valley) in the 55 kg divsion. Brianne was named the female Goodlife Fitness Athlete of the Week.
